Go to your quiz in the app or on the web. You'll find a 6-character code that you can share with participants. They'll need to enter this code in the Tipsrundan app to join your quiz.

Yes, by default participants can take the questions in any order they want. However, you can activate the setting "Fixed questions in sequence" if you want the questions to be taken in order.

Ask participants to download the Tipsrundan app and enter your quiz code. You can find the code inside your quiz.

No, currently you cannot set a time limit per question.

Yes it can definitely do. The person who created the betting quiz can change all settings and the participants' apps are updated in real time.

Participants must allow location access in their mobile settings. Without this, the app cannot show if they are near a question.

Go to your quiz and select the "Results" tab. There you can see answers, scores, and statistics per participant.

This may be because they haven't answered all questions yet. Results are only updated when all questions (including any tiebreaker) have been answered.

It is important that they give the app permission to access their current position, otherwise the app can not determine if they are close enough to the question.

Check that the app has permission to use the camera and images. Go to Settings → Apps → Tipsrundan → Permissions.

The 6-character code must be entered exactly as shown, including any uppercase or lowercase letters. Make sure participants are entering it in the Tipsrundan app, not elsewhere.

Yes, the free version allows up to 5 participants per quiz. For more, you need to upgrade to Premium or make a one-time payment.

Premium costs 499 SEK per year for individuals. Schools and associations get a 50% discount. Invoice options are also available.

Log in to our website, go to "Account" and click on "Cancel". If you have an invoice subscription, contact us at info@tipsrundan.se.

No, but you pay in advance. When you cancel, your account will continue to be Premium until the current period expires.

Only with Supremium (contactless payment in app). Premium does not allow payment solutions.

If you have paid for premium via our website, log in and go to "Account", where you will find a button "Cancel". Your premium will then end when the validity period has expired. If you have a premium through an invoice or other agreement, you need to contact us at info@tipsrundan.se.

Premium has no notice period, but you pay in advance, if you have an ongoing premium and choose to cancel, your premium will continue to apply until the payment period is over.

In your quiz, which you have created, there is a button with the number of participants. If you press it, you will come to our store where you can buy a higher limit for the number of participants.
